The following vacancies are available for newly opened car freight station (ICDV/CFS) in Chang’ombe area near National Stadium.
Our objectives are;
1.Reduction of Cargo congestion at the DSM port.
3. Improve transport productivity and intermodal capacity.
4. Create employment.
5. Become a centre of attraction for new value added activities and Industrial development
6.Reduce clearance time.
7. Increase Dar es Salaam port capacity and productivity.
ICDV Manager 1 post
The ideal candidate for this position should posses;
i.At least ten (10) years’ experience at senior management level in one or more of the field of management, ports operations, law, economics, finance, science or engineering.
ii.A Masters degree or a professional qualification in financial, project management, technical business related field will be an added advantage.
iii.Knowledge of and experience of maritime sector will be an added advantage.
Operations Manager 2 posts
The ideal candidate for this position should posses;
i.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or Higher Institute of learning in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Maritime or any other related field.
ii.A Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience, of which five (5) years should be at a senior management level in a related field. A professional qualification in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or any other related field.
iii.A Masters Degree and/or professional qualification in a financial, technical project management or business related field will be as an added advantage.

iii.A valid Class C Driving Licence and a driving certificate from The National Institute of Transport (NIT) with a work experience of at least three years in a reputable organization. Evidence of proficiency in English will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
i.A minimum of form IV Secondary School Education with credit passes in Science/Technical subjects, holder of FTC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
